The Commissioner has called upon leaders and decision-makers to make it a priority to listen to and address the critical areas of law and policy that will directly impact on the lives of South Australian children and young people now and in the future.
This report provides a list of recommendations for decision-makers to commit to in order to ensure legislation is inclusive and mindful of the needs and desires of children and young people.
