Shelter SA is a non-profit peak housing organisation incorporated in 1977 and a member of National Shelter, a network of Australian housing organisations.
Shelter SA advocates for improved housing outcomes for everyone, including those who are on low incomes and who are living with disadvantage.
Shelter SA has created PICKLE – a free downloadable app to help connect young people who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or in unsafe situations, with the nearest possible service organisation, ensuring they get the help they need, right when they need it.
The app takes a new approach to the on-going challenge of young people’s access to services.
